    FIAC 2014 at Grand Palais

    FIAC, International Contemporary Art Fair in Paris  returns from 23 to 26 October 2014 at the Grand Palais, but also outside the walls in the Jardin des Plantes on the banks or at the City of Fashion and Design. 

    For its 41st edition, FIAC this year will bring together 191 art galleries from 26 different countries: 48 French galleries, 45 galleries from the United States and 38 galleries participating for the first time.

    The Grand Palais, the Jardin des Tuileries, Jardin des Plantes, the Banks of the Seine and for the first time the Docks - City of Fashion and Design will host guests who come to live to the rhythm of contemporary art.

    FIAC is a not to be missed event not only on the French art scene but on the international as well. It is an opportunity to contemplate a panorama of modern art, contemporary art and emerging artists in a rare setting of the French capital. FIAC also represents a unique occasion to remain attentive to developments in contemporary art and to discover new talents.

    Guests staying at one of the Sister Hotels Champs-Elysées from 23 to 26 October could enjoy four days of arts especially with the launching of the new event Off(icial);  Ouvertures/Openings is a programme of performances that is realised and produced in association with the Louvre Museum.

    Drawing on the growing success of its demonstration Hors les Murs (Outside the Walls), FIAC returns with an even more developed and enriched program. Golf exhibition of outdoor works, lectures, performances and film artists will be on the menu for this edition. 

    In short, a great program to be discovered along the few days of FIAC 2014!
